What is BeatOS ERP?
BeatOS ERP is cloud ERP software for Indian small and mid-sized businesses. It runs manufacturing, trading and distribution, inventory, purchase, sales, GST, accounts, HR and payroll on one database, with 24 field sales apps for Android and iOS. It is developed by Precloud Technologies Pvt Ltd in Pune.
How much does BeatOS ERP cost?
The Business ERP plan costs ₹799 per office user and ₹299 per field user per month, billed yearly, before 18% GST. The Field plan starts at ₹299 per field user and Enterprise at ₹1,499 per office user. Plans start at 5 users, and implementation is quoted once.
Does BeatOS handle GST e-invoicing and e-way bills?
Yes. GST is worked out on every invoice, with e-invoices (IRN and QR code), e-way bills from the invoice, and GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B reports built in.
Do the BeatOS field apps work on iPhone?
Yes. The field apps run on Android phones and iPhones, and they keep working offline, sending check-ins, visits and orders when the network returns.
Can managers see travelling, meeting and idle time?
Yes. Live Tracking records each employee's route and kilometres travelled, splits the day into travelling time, meeting time and idle time, and alerts the manager when location is switched off.
What is Lead Finder?
Lead Finder searches companies and their decision makers by industry and area, shows prospects near the rep on a map, and sends them to the person who will visit. Duplicates are merged before they reach the CRM.
Can we set targets and follow-up reminders for reps?
Yes. Managers assign visit, new-customer, order and collection targets by person and period, plan tasks, and set reminders for every follow-up. Reps and managers get a push alert when someone falls behind.
Can we move from Tally to BeatOS ERP?
Yes. Customers, items, opening stock and balances are moved in from Tally or Excel and checked against your old reports before you go live.
